June-bugg burgers

2 lbs ground beef
1 tsp garlic salt, pepper, onion salt, crystal sauce, and soy sauce

Mix well and form into 16 balls. Make a dent in each ball like a hollowed out egg shape.

Fill with:
1 sm onion, diced
1 bell pepper
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
8 slices cooked bacon, cut into bits
8 oz mushroom slices, drained and soaked in soy sauce and butter

Put 2 hollowed burger balls together, with filling, and fry or grill until meat is fully cooked.
Enjoy the yumm. (;

We eat them with French fries and smores.
